So I joined for the very first time on Monday and I'm so eager to not be messing this up already so wondered if my diary yesterday is looking ok. I managed to join a week before payday so I'm not as stocked up as I should be but have been and got fruit and veggies today.
Am I doing it right ? ( yes I had wine but 125ml is extremely restrained for me lol

2 small wholemeal bread 1 HE
4 boiled eggs
1 tsp ketchup (1syn)
Clover 1 tsp (3 syns)
2 small tangerines
Left over SW bolognese (about 200g)
30g reduced fat grated cheddar
Toffee muller light
3 chicken thighs skinless
Tesco Texan BBQ sauce 1tbs as marinade to cook chicken in( 3 syns)
SW chips
Baked beans
Muller toffee yoghurt
125ml glass of country manor medium sweet Wine (4 syns)
Treadmill 500 calories burned Walking on a 15% incline at 2.7mph for 60 minutes
