Food Diary Plus General Ranting, Deal Hunting and Other Madness

Hello everyone :)
Been on EE for about 10 weeks.
Have to keep this brief as off to work but I have just decided to to a RED original week. Reasons being I want to boost weight loss and reduced the bloat. Also I will be having dinner quite late and don't think unlimited pasta at 10pm every night will do me any favours!!

Made this decision to go red over breakfast so not sure if it will be red compatible.

Breakfast
Pancake made with 1egg 1 banana and 4TBSP oats
3 TBSPS FF natural Yogurt
Coffee with dash of milk

Snacks
2 Plums



Will update and do a proper intro later but please critique and give guidance to a first time redder :)

Okay so today was crazy! everyone was off sick work so I was stuck there all day and had to go back to ee as it's...easy lol

Tomorrow I'm going for red.

Breakfast
berries with ff yogurt and heb oats.

Snacks
Plum, chicken breast chunks.

Lunch
All super free Frittatta. Banana

Dinner
Stirfry possibly. Will update with outcome and photos tomorrow :)
 
Unless your oats is a large portion, you can have another Hex B. You could eat more meat or fish, if you're doing red.
