Food diary thread?

I'd be interested to see what everyone's eating on Alli?

Yesterday (I haven't started yet) but had:-

b: bran flakes & skimmed milk.
s: fruit ryvita.
l: Tuna, boiled potatoes & mixed salad with small amount of WW salad dressing.
d: strips of lean beef with noodles and stir fried veg and black bean sauce.

I checked nothing was >5g fat per 100g.

Anyone?

Yesterday I ate a lot more than usual as I was on an early shift whihc was a 6am start.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix, banana, honey & skimmed milk

Lunch - Bagel, relish, Veggie fake ham, spinach. Fat free jelly with fruit and a 0.1% fat yogurt

Dinner - Spag Bol - although with veggie mince, spray oil and a light sauce. Loop da loop for desert and some figs.

Snack - two slices of mccambridge bread and jam (no butter) and some pinapple pieces
 
Today's menu is :-

b: 2 x toast & lime marmalade (no butter).
s:muller light yoghurt.
l: left over beef / noodle / veg stir fry.
d: WW light choices chicken lasagne, butternut squash & veggies.
