Hey peeps!
Just a quick question, does anyone use an app to keep track of their food and synd rtc each day? If so, which one?!
I find the slimming world food diary awkward as I'd rather track meals than ingredients and the website is pretty much the same.
I don't really want to use a calorie counting app because I think I'd get too hung up on the calories I was eating and don't want to sabotage the SW plan.
Any advice would be great!!
