breakfast is my main problem, takes up 2 many points, dont like cerale as i do be STARVING an hour afteri eat

I love me brekkie tho sometimes I forget to have it when i'm in work.. I eat it when I get hungry for it.. But sometimes that might not be til 11:30.. then my lunch is at 12:30 so its to close so i'll skip it.. Hate skipping it tho coz I've found if I dont have a breakfast I get picky n snacky in the evenings.. Even on weekends i'll have a brekkie.. Might not be til 1 r 2pm but I'll have it.. A bigger than normal brekkie tho to cover lunch too..
Why dont you have fruit in the AM.. then have brekkie a bit later.. 10 - 10:30.. That'll keep ya full til lunch??

Brekkie: Melon. Bran Flakes. 100ml milk - 5pp

Lunch: 2 toast n scrambled egg - 6pp

Dinner: Chicken curry. Rice. Chips - 15pp

Snacks: Pear. 2x MP Quavers (4) - 4pp

Total Used: 30/30

Heehee! I'm supposed to use 7 extra pp today (day before weigh in) on this wendie plan. Usually I dont really eat weeklies on Friday cuz I worry about the weigh in next day. What do you think? If I eat them early on in the day, you reckon that'd make a difference? x
 
I'd say have a bigger lunch n dinner than normal.. And have light snacks later on.. If you have anything heavy n hard to digest later I'm sure it would make a diff on the scales... Dying to see how you get on with it..

Lunch: 2 dry toast. 0pp soup - 4pp

Dinner: Chicken wrapped in streaky bacon. Garlic potatoes n veg. Apple tart n custard - 17pp
(Didn't eat half the potato and only ate the smallest amout of desert)

Snacks: Chocco & latte - 4pp

Total Used: 35/30
Weeklies Used: 5/40

Yea I've got IBS too.. Pain in the **** innit!! Try eat as much fibre as I can too.. So far so good..

Aw bless us both then Hun! It's vile innit , i not had it for years, going for a scan in two wks check everything ok as I may endometrosis back, (ie. Cysts) can do without them too! Deep joy x
