Hi Frankied, Looks like you are doing very well and have had some good losses.
Just wondered why you started up a new diary instead of continuing the other one?
Perhaps you feel you are "turning over a new leaf" and need a new start but unfortunatley all those human errors are bound to creep in now and again and it is how you deal with them that matters, don't you agree?
So just keep in my mind that when that does happen try not to get overly anxious about it and accept that a blip occurred and get back to it a.s.a.p.

I have been still keeping a food dairy all this time on paper, but have found the SW dairies format hard to use, to be honest I just forgot I did one on here before

When out for a Chinese meal with a friend so a day off plan but hoping still under 2000cals overall

Very late lunch- Blackberries punnet, pasta pot shot chicken flavour- 1 syn

Dinner (Chinese meal)
2 chicken satays
2 pieces of prawn toast
4 crispy duck pancakes with hoi sin sauce
6 prawn crackers
3 chicken balls
Lemon chicken fillet
3 small scoops of crispy chilli beef

Doesn't look good at all now I have written it :(

Exercise 25 minutes walking 20 minutes on Just dance, 5 minutes cross trainer

Dinner- Quiche (2 eggs, 3 ham slices, 3 bacon rashers, 1 scoop of fromais fais, 3 mushrooms, 42g light cheddar (HEA)), SW- chips, green beans, baby corn, ketchup 2tbsps - 2 syns

Snack-Walkers crisp 6.5 syns

Total syns- 9.5

Exercise- Walking 15, 45 minutes, Just Dance- 15 minutes, Cross trainer 10 minutes

I like the sound of the pasta pots i think i'l get some today they will be handy for a quick lunch.
I have just started a new diary but mine is because im having a fresh start,lol!! and my bad habits will probably come back and get me but if being slim was an easy task then there would be no need for classes and minimins and most of all these lovely people on here:D

Muller light (Didn't really need the last two but eating them turned me off my first unplanned blow out so not too bad I guess)
