FREE Chicken Fried Rice

I make this sometimes, but I cook the egg beforehand like an omlette, flip it over to cook on both sides if you can. Then when it's cooled a little I chop it into chunks - we prefer the egg like this as I find it can go a bit claggy when you do it with everything else on one side of the pan!
