Things I am going to try making over the next few weeks:

Mini tuna quiche
SW ham and cheese quiche (made, Syn free with 1/2 HEA per half quiche)
Beef burgers with a laughing cow triangle and bacon with slimming world wedges
Cheese, bacon and potato bake
Stuffed peppers with rice

Meal plan for the week: Monday 10th January-Friday 16th)

1. Chili and rice
2. Paprika chicken with couscous
3. Something with chicken (maybe wrapped in bacon with cheese, or a kebab!) with slimming world wedges
4. Pork casserole and leek and potato bake
5. Pasta bake
6. SW burgers (going to make a couple of batches of meatballs too)

Can I come visit? How do you make your bacon, cheese and potato bake? always wnated to make one but i tried it once and the potatoes were raw!
 
Claire - have you tried the quiche with the pasta n sauce mixed in - its delicious and so much more filling, I rarely get more than a slice cos paul gobbles it up lol!

We thought we might try it with some bacon in next time. Just slice potatoes reasonably thin, layer up with leeks and cheese and then add a little stock, this helps it keep moist!

I haven't tried the quiche with pasta yet, do you make the pasta in sauce, leave it to cool and then make it the same, just bung it all in with eggs and cottage cheese?

Congratulations on the brilliant weight loss in your house hold this week lovely! Fabulous!!

Friday 13th January

Well weighed in this morning, and week 2 loss was 1lb :Argh:

I am not too disheartened though as I think it will be a good loss next week. I was showing a better loss through the week so I think it might be a combination of my injection being due (contraceptive) and also the bread yesterday.

I got invited to a black tie do on the 4th March so thats a new goal now, seriously need to get some weight off for that as will have to wear a dress :eek:

Ohh I had a naughty day today :( There was a buffet at work and I didn't go mad and I didn't eat any cake, but wanted to have a couple of really light days today and tomorrow so I could have a good weigh Friday. Ah well never mind. Just have to keep trying!!

Friday 21/11/1

Well Weigh day today, lost.... 1lb! Lol 2 weeks in a row, I suppose aslong as it is coming off that is good. Although been to the nurse tonight, and have high blood pressure, not good at 25 :(

So, it's given me more of a need to lose weight, the nurse was lovely and she said I could go to her every 4 weeks and get weighed if I like so she can help me keep on track :) So 4 weeks today, I get weighed with her and I have set myself a target of 6-8lbs.

Tonight we have having fish and chips as a treat from the chippy :) We have spent the whole day moving the house around and it looks great so that was our treat decided last night if we got it done.
