thanks! It was my first proper weigh in, so i was quite chuffed, however, after the weekend i've had, i'll need to have a REALLY good week to be in with a chance of losing ANYTHING this week! Need to stick to plan 100% for the rest of the week!
I don't know how, probably last weekend catching up with me, although i thought that dancing non stop for 3 hours would have sorted that *sigh* - I put on 1lb this week. GRRR! I was so hoping for my 1/2 stone star just need to loose 3lbs this week I guess! On plan 100%!
