From 810-1000 first weigh in.how did others get on??

    I have now done my first week of the 1000 plan and dreading weigh inn tom as I feel massive and feel like i have ate loads.how did anyone else do on their first week on 1000??i dont mind maintaining but if i put on weight i will be gutted.:(emma

    Its the Cambridge plan hun, purple is now following that one instead of LT x x x

    i find it only takes a couple days to get in the swing of the new plan.I dont know if others agree
