From Maximus to Minimus - coming soon!

Well thanks very much ladies! I popped on to catch up with Steve's diary, have been speed reading the last few pages and now all that I have in my mind is lime green, underwear, leopard/tiger print and beaches!!!

I have this weird image of Steve in a lime green mankini (a la Borat) doing the dance of LFMAO 'Sexy and I know it'.

Thanks very much ladies. Have they invented brain bleach yet??? I need something to get rid of the image!!!!!

Thank you too, LS.
I'd just got rid of my earlier image, and NOW look what you've done!

Nice to meet you LS, :D

Morning Steve :)
I'll bloody good morning Steve, you - the lot of you!

You know what it is, here's me, not feeling well today, been out purchasing more cycling gear including a daft safety hat, gel cover for my tender undercarriage and trying to maintain sanity while remaining 100% with food and exercise etc.

While the rest of you defile my once-inspirational thread with near-pornographic thoughts and imagery.

Woe is me;)

Oh no Tom!! You realise Dawn will be in Ann Summers as I type!!

What have you done mate????

Actually, although 100% on the food front today, I'm 0% on the body magic as unable to get out today as have an upset stomach and it really makes me feel fat and lazy - as you know I'm a great believer in exercise and no excuses - of it's cold, then wrap up!!

I even bought a gel seat cover and helmet - so am good to go! At least it gives my "tender bits" a chance to recover.

All other accessories are more for aesthetic reasons (oh and I like wasting pennies too!) - good news is a lot of my hiking gear is the same as cycling stuff:) - apart from my hi-vis jacket.

Right ladies... Order or I'll have the thread cleared and u all in cuffs. Uh, no that sounded wrong. Hehehe

I don't know what you mean...

Aren't these ear muffs then...

???

Of course they're not earmuffs!!! There's a hole in the middle!!!

They're obviously wrist warmers!!! See - furry around the wrist and held together with a bit of chain (so you don't lose them - think mittens with string - but for grown ups!!)

Oh,... hang on... you're right!! Earmuffs that you can use with headphones and so you can still use your phone!!!

My apologies Dawn!

Phew!

Thanks for clearing that up Ls!!!

It was so cold on Sunday I wore them to church.

How silly would I feel if I thought I'd been sitting there with handcuffs on my ears lol!!!

I mean, what on earth does one do with pink fluffy handcuffs anyway??? ;)

Oh . . . can I bring my whip and black leather underwear please?
But I need you boyzies in cuffs too! No fun otherwise . . .

My Good Lord........what have I walked into this morning? Fluffy handcuffs, bondage, leather gear.......

Far too cold for all that malarky, give me a nice flanellette nightie any day of the week ;)

In Switzerland they say that there is no such thing as bad weather - only bad clothes!

Even if it's a blizard or pelting with rain, the kids just wear waterproofs/snow gear and get on with their day!

God you've changed Loulou:eek:

First time I have heard that since my mate and and birdwatching partner Dave died last year - he was always saying it - and I was always telling him to shut up and calling him a cockney (even though he was from Dover lol)

3 positives from today

1. Woke up refreshed after early night;)
2. Woke up WITHOUT upset stomach:eek:
3. Mild morning - no scraping ice today:)

Hope to remain positive, it is WI tonight, and although I was considering giving it a miss, I decided to go and not revert back to fortnightly or monthly attendance.

I can't speak for others, but by not attending group each week I feel I either lose my mojo, jeopardise my weightloss or stop taking it seriously.

As usual I have all the rubbish feelings, feel bloated, like I've gained etc. - all those negative feelings associated with WI-nights.

I've decided NOT to walk the 1.91 miles to group tonight, but now I've got my headwear sorted, going to cycle there and back. The last bit of the journey is a steep downhill, or the first bit of the journey home:eek:

I have my beef curry bubbling nicely in the slow cooker. After having a subway salad (no bread) for lunch, I can actually switch to extra-easy tonight and have rice with the curry, or remain at red for the extra HEX's - still up to 11.5 syns remaining too:cool:

No doubt I'll return briefly later with the (hopefully good) news.

That's why it's such hard work doing it on your own!
Minis is my motivator and lifesaver extrordinaire!

Even the jousts with you Steve make each day a lot easier!!

Good luck at WI although I'm sure you don't need it.

Well !!!!! Phew !!!!!

I just popped in to have a nice mumsie chat with my boy and look what I found !!!! and what is worse is that the worst of the offenders are my girls............alas and alack lol !!!

Thanks everyone for putting a grin on my face on an otherwise grim day.

hugs and good luck tonight at WI Steve and be very careful on your bike tonight. Do you have all the appropriate lights etc........just an old mumsie worrying

xxxxxxxx
