Frozen mash?

My oven has broken down so my meal plans have gone down the drain!

So I had some frozen mash in the freezer and it' 100cal per 100grams.

I weighed 100g and made that. Just wondering how many syns that would be? It's 1 syn per 20g right? So 5 syns?

I can't check the slimming world website as it's not working for me.

I've looked on various forums but they are all a few years out of date and a few said 1 syn per 100g?

I'e already eaten it but Its my 1st weigh in tomorrow so need to get it all written down properly .

What brand was it?

Aunt Bessie's is a syn per 100g, so you're right there x

It's Adidas own brand. I've put 5 syns. I cant imagine it being lower even if it was a tiny amount! Wish I'd not overcooked it though for 5 syns
