mornin!! Day 3 week 2 - Friday at last!

Breakfast - museli & probiotic 1% fat morrisons yogurt - 5 points

lunch - the last 1/4 of the matthesons reduced fat sausage!! with ww spaghetti - 5 points

dinner - salmon fillet with broccoli & laughing cow light cheese triangle, followed by strawberries & alpro cream - 5 points

snacks - special k mini bites & a slice of soreen malt loaf - 3 points

Total - 18 points

Exercise - Ran 8k (5 miles) - earned 5 activity points.
 
Day 4 - week 2!

Breakfast - mini porridge pot (they are from the fridge in morrisons u get 2 in a pack to microwave) they are yummy!!! - 2 points

lunch - toasted pitta bread & mini pot reduced fat humus - 4 points

dinner - ww sausage & mash & strawberries - 6 points

snacks - shapers yogurt, 2 slices crustless 50/50 with laughing cow light triangle - 3 points

Total 15 points - but to be honest doubt i will eat all that feeling like iam right now!!
 
Day 5 - week 2

breakfast - museli with probiotic 1% fat yogurt sweetened with splena - 5 points

lunch - 50/50 crustess sandwich with ww hula hoops and light laughing cow triangle - 3 points

dinner - wholewheat spaghetti with calorie & fat free marinara sauce & jumbo prawns - followed by strawberries - 5 points

snacks - skinny cow choc ice cream, skinny cow hot chocolate, bag of special k bites & a pear - 4 points

Total = 17 points

do i get activity points for coughing for hours? cos my tummy muscles feel like iv done 500 crunches lol
 
Day 6 - week 2!

I dont feel very thin this week lol - but hey here goes another day of being good. i am a little worried my points are higher from the strepsils and tyrozets i have been eating as i am not well

Breakfast - museli & skimmed milk - 3.5 points

snack - strawberries & little bit of probiotic 1% fat yogurt - 1.5 points

Lunch - toasted pitta bread with home made tuna pate - 4 points
(virtually fat free cottage cheese, tuna chunks drained, lemon juice, spring onion chopped all blended into a dip/pate type type thing)

snack - herbal tea & soreen - 1.5 points

Dinner - Salmon fillet baked & green beans with light philly - followed by an apple & a pear - 4.5 points

Total - 15 points
 
how big is your salmon fillet? cause 4.5 points for your whole meal sounds excellent! :D

it is 100g - frozen youngs salmon - you cook them from frozen they are yummy and low calories and low sat fat - u get 5 in a pack - i count its as 2.5 points its prob less actually.

Then 0.5 for the light philly, 0 for green beans, 1 point for pear and 0.5 for apple - total 4.5 points

rach i checked the frozen salmon fillet and to my surprise using my point checker it is only 1.5 points - so dinner was even less!!!!

OK well today is my last day of week 2 - wooohoo cant believe i have completed 2 full weeks with only one slight sabotage after WI last weds - well this wont be happening tomorro thats for sure -no more rewarding myself with food -from now on if i lose each week on my WI then i will treating myself to a new nail varnish or some itunes or a new lip stick etc - not food!!! cos that will be my downfall.

Day 7 week 2

Brekkie - museli & skimmed milk - 3.5 points
snack - coffee & soreen - 1.5 points
lunch - 1.5 wholemeal pitta with home made tuna pate - 4.5 points
snack - special k break bites - 1.5 points
dinner - Cod fillet, Tartar sauce (light mayo & lemon juice), green beans & strawberries - 3.5 points
snack - pear & apple - 1.5 points

Total - 16 points

thanks babes i have been posting my food in my normal diary last day or 2 - cos its easier just to have it all in one place - so check there for ideas from now on

Atkins to WW

Hi Gabrielle, I've been reading your posts and noticed your amazing weight loss, well done, what an inspiration. I wanted get your advice as I see you started on Atkins and then moved to WW, how did you find the transition to WW? I have lost 2stone on Atkins and have 1stone to go, I am now so bored of it, I miss fruit and was planning on joining WW this week, but was worried about the transition, were you in ketosis when you started WW.
