Just come back to weight watchers and I'm making a pan of soup tomorrow.

I bought gammon joint in asda it;s 800g! No nutritional info on it???

It looks lean and I will remove all fat, does anyone have any idea of pro points for this?

Or I will probably cook it in the slow cooker and add to the soup cooked, so the pro points cooked would be great....

thanks for that. I get confused easy! I'm gonna try and cut it in half for 14PP and will get 4 portions out of it mmmmmmmmmmm....... not bad.
