Tuesday 02/07/2013 - RED DAY:

B: 35g Bran Flakes (HEB), 250ml SS Milk (HEA), apple, plum
L: x5 scan bran (HEB), tuna mixed with Kraft FF french dressing & spring onions, tomatoes and x3 boiled eggs
D: Young's Scottish Kippers in butter (4 syns) with salad
Fruit Salad - melon, grapes, strawberry, apple. Orange

The Italian one is nice too, forgot to say yesterday if you have an Asda near you they are on offer for 50p per bottle, I've stocked up this week x

Wednesday 03/07/2013 - RED DAY:

B: 35g porridge (HEB), 250ml SS Milk (HEA), banana
L: x3 boiled eggs, x5 scan bran (HEB), Tuna mixed with Kraft FF French dressing and spring onions, tomatoes. Grapes & Banana
D: Chicken Breast with Schwartz Cajun Spices, salad, garlic mushrooms.
x2 Orange, Melon, x2 Maryland Cookies (5 syns total)

I'm scoffing so much bloody fruit lately! Think it's cos I have no yoghurts so not getting my "dessert" fix! But shopping coming tonight and I got plenty ordered!

Think I'll have a neutral day today no carbs or meat so neither red or green, is there a day for that, Free day perhaps?!x

I'm heading out to the metro centre all day on Saturday a huge shopping complex and there's loads of restaurants so I've just checked the eating out feature out on the SW website.

There's a yo! Sushi and there's so much free and low syn options so I've printed them all off to take on Saturday so means we all still get a nice meal out whilst being very good, so just planned an EE day for Saturday and I'm actually looking forward to the lovely sounding sushi and salads
