Gemma's Diary Mixed Days - red, green, EE - new to EE advice welcome

Decided on a green day fancied chickpea Dahl yummm, sorry I meant to take a pic before I cut into it... Greedy guts...haha

Friday 05/07/2013 - GREEN DAY:

Plan for today:

B: 35g Porridge (HEB), 400ml Smart Price Unsweetened Soya Milk (HEA), blueberries & banana
L: x5 scan bran (HEB), 5 Laughing Cow Light Cheese (HEA), banana, apple, nectarine, Asda Cherry Layered Greek Yoghurt
D: Mushy pea curry with Quorn chicken pieces, SW Chips & Rice, Shape Crumble Yoghurt (0.5 syns), orange
2 Maryland Cookies (5 syns)
 
So weekend here goes:

Saturday 06/07/2013 - EE:

B: x2 weetabix (HEB), banana, fromage frais and red grapes, 400ml Smart Price Unsweetened Soya (HEA)
L: went to yo! sushi for lunch, oh myyyy the food was soooo amazing! Loved it! I forgot all my bloody menus I'd spent ages writing out (doh!) so checked when I got home and went slightly over syns at a total of 17 but had: cucumber maki, california roll, chicken teriyaki, kaiso salad (this was beautiful!) and a spicy tuna hand roll. Would recommend anyone try this place well if you like that kind of thing...
D: Homemade burgers using Extra Lean Beef Mince, SW Chips and salad, yoghurt.
crab sticks, apple and nectarine
Few gin & tonics (16 syns)
Did some walking Sat and was aching so much when I got home had a great shop though!! :D

Sunday 07/07/2013 - EE:

Well work all day....
B: "eggy bread" x2 400g loaf wholemeal bread (HEB), mushrooms, tomatoes and x2 quorn sausages (2 syns), Scrambled egg, apple, 400ml Smart Price Unsweetened Milk (HEA) for milky coffee.
No lunch as we were so rushed off our feet at work, had a huge fun day on in our park and the weather brought 1000's of people along! so skipped lunch - there was plenty of chocolate, sweets, burgers etc and crisps on offer but I stayed strong!
D: Stir fry vegetables, pasta and chicken breast
FF Fromage Frais & red grapes, nectarine, Freddo (5 syns)

Aching from shopping and work so hope the exercise pays off!
 
Monday 08/07/2013 - RED DAY:

B: magic porridge - 35g porridge oats (HEB) (first time I've had this mmmmmm) and strawberries
L: Chicken salad, yoghurt, x2 maryland cookies (5 syns)
D: tuna steak, salmon, salad, BNS Chips & sugar snap peas, WW wholemeal Pitta bread (HEB)
250ml SS Milk (HEA), peach, nectarine

Tuesday 09/07/2013 - RED DAY:

B: Magic Porridge (35g porridge oats HEB), strawberries, 250ml SS Milk (HEA)
L: x2 boiled egg salad, apple, peach, x2 plums
D: Prawn and crab stick salad, x2 400g loaf wholemeal bread (HEB), Yoghurt, Freddo (5 syns)

Last food diary for a while as I'm off on holiday tomorrow, take care all :D

Will post WI results later tonight though.... xx
