Hey Everyone,

I have done ww a few times with good results. My health has deteriorated which is why I decided to go back. I rejoined ww 9 weeks ago and lost 19.5 pounds. My wi was Tuesday and I put on 3.5 which was expected.

I am 30, currently weighing 14 stone 13 pounds
I work as an pensions administrator.

I am on 31 points.
I am off to Barcelona in 10 days with a friend and plan to lose the 3.5 pounds

So this is what I have had today:

Breakfast: Fruit Salad & Mullerlight

Snack: ww cereal bar (they are in the pound shop at mo - they don't look great but taste good!)

Lunch: Jacket Potato & Beans
Fruit Salad
ww crisps

Snack: slim a soup

Dinner: chicken breast with loads of veggies &
Gravy
ww yoghurt

= 25

I also went gym this morning before work
