Getting to goal this time - my last ever food diary!

Dinner was on plan, I had mash quorn fillet and beans.. Shame I've ruined it by scoffing a load of choccy before work haha! Oh well, on plan tomorrow :)
 
So this is how today is shaping up... If I can get back on track (and stay there!!) today, then I will have 5 full days to be good before weigh in on Thursday night.

Can't wait for Xmas/New Year to be over so group is back to normal on a Monday, has totally thrown me all these changes!

Well I completed Week 1 Day 2 of my 10K training plan today. Was a glorious morning so I did a couple of laps around the park and down the road. Was so nice to get out in the sunshine! Felt so good afterwards and starting to really enjoy my running.

Think I'll be doing Day 3 of this week on Wednesday or Thursday, as I'm working all day and night tomorrow and then New Years Day I'm at my Mum's so probably won't get chance to do it.

Weigh in is on Thursday, and I'm hoping for a good loss to get me back on track :)
 
Okay so had too many syns today.. Cake at work and biscuits when I got in. Did burn a lot of calories on my run and my shift at work though!

So I've scoffed some M&S chocolate roll and some party rings this evening.. Hey ho, it is New Years Day :) Had a nice day at my Mum's after finishing work. Consisted of lovely big lunch, cat nap on the sofa and telly this evening! Just bought myself some new boots online from River Island too :D

Need to start my assignment tomorrow, gonna be a loooong day :( Oh well, hopefully being distracted will keep me on plan and my fingers out the fridge!

Looking forward to weigh in on Thursday night, then I can get back on plan properly and start working towards my 2013 target :)
