WW petit pain (HeB)

SnacksHifi bar (HeB)

Well we thought cuz it's (sort of) bonfire night that chilli would be yummy :) recovering from Halloween today! Who wants to see me as a scary joker nurse?! Xxx

Okay so I've just had a bit of a pig out on snacks leftover from last night! But not going to let it ruin my day and have minimal syns for the rest of the evening xx

Friday 2nd November - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast
1 wholemeal bread (1/2 HeB)
Beans
Banana

Lunch
Wafer thin ham
Chow mein flavour deli box noodles (1.5 syns) these were soo disappointing!!
3 Special K cracker crisps (1 syn)

Dinner
Meatball pasta bake (HeA + 2.5 syns)

Snacks
Hifi light bar (1/2 HeB)

Syns: 5

Healthy Extras:
A = 45g mozzarella
B = 1 wholemeal bread, 1 Hifi light bar

Exercise:
Walk to university and back
Shift at work

It can be so hard to get back on track after being off plan. You'll get there! :) You're going to be very hungry if that's all you're planning on eating tomorrow! ;)
 
Just made meatball pasta bake to have for tea in a bit.. Smells well yummy! Can't wait :)

Of course honey.. It's literally just a Schwartz packet mix called meatball pasta bake, works out at 2.5 syns for half a pack and its a mahooosive portion! Xx
 
Finally back on track so it seems.. Going to the gym to do a class first thing in the morning too! Will plan tomorrow's food...
