Getting to goal :)

I love going out on my bike :) it's fab! I would be lost without it atm :( going to see if I can do a work out DVD with my toning circle tonight as that really does work if you keep at it x x x
 
Might be Better to rest ur shoulder for a while as it does pull when ur cycling x x x
 
Just stick with the plan drink plenty of water and you'll be fine :) x x x
 
Bouncingly excited as I only need to lose 1/2 an inch for my hips and 2inches from my waist for the dress to fit perfectly! X x x

Bad night last night :( finished work really late was knackered had to do dinner for titch as OH was away overnight then put her to bed. So by the time I'd done that it was 8:30 which might not seem overly late but I've normally eaten by 6pm! Instead of making a pack up I had a sausage and a piece off the bacon joint that was left over. Nothing else but felt so bad about it, posting it here to show that yup it can get to any of us at times.

Made me realise I like routine take me outta that or throw me from it and I can't deal with it lol

So today firmly sticking to breakfast at 7:45 mid morning bar at 11am lunch about 1:30-2pm then dinner at 6pm :) let's see how that works. Yes I am real and I am human I slip up from time to time but NOT going self sabotage to punish myself ;) just get back on track and need to drink more fluids not just tea :( x x x

Stupid blooming migraine's are really becoming a regular occurrence ....at least once a week atm. Will keep an eye on that and try and drink more fluids to try and see if its lack of water intake these past few days.

Its not good today I'm feeling really naff today, hate the OH being away and he's not going to be back until later on this evening. I'm such a routine kinda girl ~lol~ and this totally messes with it. I am trying to focus on the diet today ... may try going back onto the shakes tomorrow and see if that helps me get back in control of things. x x x
 
There must be something in the water!!!

Porridge shakes and real food for tea for me..... Gone right off the meals but was forcing myself to have em.... As i dont want to waste em.... but think I've manage to sell em!!!

I can't wait for my weekend away with OH we need time together to relax before the wedding :)

I am determined to keep going and I won't give up!!! x x x
