Getting to goal :)

Ok so yesterday ended up in bed from 4pm :( with a splitting migraine..which with sleeps seems to have eased today a bit. Why do I keep getting these and omg do they wipe me out!

I feel as if I've been hit by a freight train this morning, wouldn't mind if I could relax today but I've got 3 dogs :( and no more weekends to re-arrange them to :( so gotta work today. Just keeping focused on next weekend having a relaxing time with OH and the dogs as small's going to OH's parents for the weekend :)

I managed to stick with the plan which again surprised me, but omg so wanted to eat everything in sight! It was probably a good job that I went to bed as its quite a way from the kitchen cupboards and FRIDGE! I think my body is really trying to get me to eat junk but I am not going to let it win. This is my choice to be slimmer and I'll be blowed if my body is gonna keep me big!

Sorry for the ranty stylie message this morning but not feeling overly chipper it has to be said, but just plodding on with the same old same old. 1lb at a time ....and 1 meal at a time x x x
 
Aww sorry your suffering hun, I get them awful too. What so you use?? Any preventative meds daily?

Might be worth looking into, I was at five a week, now its only hormonal ones and the visual parts i get

Think it's the labrynthitis that's causing the probs so taking my meds for that and they seem to be helping thank god!

I have to work today but tomorrow I can relax :) so that's good x x x

Katie my body seriously doesn't like me losing weight! Lol but I'm gonna win not my body!!!

I do tend to have cycles of being proper poorly :( when dieting but I've managed to stay on track so it's all good :) really don't wanna cave and ATM having shakes as I can't face food :( well not food I can have let's put it that way. It's just my brain throwing a hissy as I'm doing well and my body is having to work to get the sugars and energy it's needing rather than me just stuffing my face.

I'm better now I'm taking my labrynthitis meds :) so proves it's that that has kicked off again. Knew it could but glad I've got things to help with how I'm feeling. Hate being not able to do any exercise atm but if I'm ok after work I'm going out for a bike ride to feel better.

Next weekend my OH and I are going away for 2 nights. Its near where he use to go as a kid and apparently there is the best fish n chip shop nearby ...I've decided to have 1 meal off plan but will make sure I do a lot of exercise that weekend which taking our 2 collies will be easy enough.

Think I can afford 1 meal out as it's our hen/stag do ;) and it's a lot less than I'd of had if I had gone on a hen night trust me.

Feeling a bit better tonight but gonna have an early night and relaxing day tomorrow might try going on a bike ride :) x x x
 
Doing ok thanks babe :) had to go to bed early so I didn't eat. Seriously feel as tho I'm due on again but nothing as yet! Wish it would make it's mind up ggrrrr

Had a lovely lay in this morning so that's helped me a lot, feeling so lethargic atm but knows it's because I haven't gotten myself out and exercised for past few days which doesn't help. Just need to recharge the batteries ;) and I'll hopefully be back on form :) x x x
 
Thats what I'm hoping.... weekend of rest and then start afresh tomorrow.... AGAIN!!!

Back at the work out DVD and feeling SO much better for doing it :) I've adapted my right leg work out so I don't damage my foot anymore and it seems to work for me.

Feeling alright about how I've been today. I've kept busy and managed to keep my brain occupied when I was feeling very hungry and could easily have eaten everything in sight :(

I'm also keeping a hand written journal so I can waffle away to myself and not clutter up my diary here but it keeps me from being bored x x x

Aw thanks ladies :) feeling better for getting moving again...strange how you get use to it then get annoyed if you can't. Firmly back in control again and powering on x x x
 
dont know bout you, but i think being up and about and being able to exercise makes you feel a lot better, and that makes the diet part easier

just keep thinking of wedding to keep you going :) xx
 
Well it's Monday morning and although I wanted to eat everything that stood still long enough yesterday I resisted :) and today I'm down -1.6lbs as my reward :) wooohooo I can do this and proved it helps with me doing exercise x x x
