Cheers Dee got a new lease of life on this and I'm sure it's because I'm back doing my work out DVD again

It was annoying me that I know it works so well when I'm on TFR diets to help me drop weight which in turn eases the pressure on my foot but couldn't do it for a week because my foot was so bad. Only went up 4lbs so not as bad as it could have been but now 1.6lbs off that to get back to where I was last Thursday.

It's all emotions with me, managing to work less now mainly due to OH telling me off for not making time for me. He is so supportive I'm really lucky he doesn't feel threatened by me changing so much. He can see how much happier I am as I get smaller x x x

OH gave me some time to do my toning circle DVD wow am I gonna a he tomorrow lol.

It's all good today managed to stay 100% and drank 4 bottles of water and some Dr P diet to keep me going. It really helps having an OH who knows what it's like to have been over weight and how important it is to me to lose weight. It's the motivation I need to keep going x x x

Well the Windsor pilates toning circle DVD works been awake most of the night in agony where my muscles are hurting so much. Hope it means it's doing something ....dunno about this no pain no gain idea I'm worn out and have a full day at work today.

Going to try not to weigh until Friday and not measure until Thursday this week and hopefully I'll have a nice surprise x x x

Ouchy.... maybe you did a bit too much.... but your muscles will repair hun... maybe have some extra protein today!!! Build that musle.... Hot bath as soon as you can..... If its your legs... John alwyas tells me to cycle... as it gets the lactic acid breaking down!!!

Dee...it's my power house as the woman on the stoopid DVD was calling it. But I say OMG my tummy hurts lol it does give me hope that it's actually doing some good tho arms, shoulders, tum and legs are a bit Owie today. It's given me and my OH a good giggle this morning will help my diet cos I can't raid the fridge or cupboards today they are too high Pmsl x x x

Well I must be gaining an awful lot cos jeeezzzzeeee I'm in pain lol I ache in places I didn't realise I had muscles!

So today is gonna be sponsored with pain meds and diet energy drink cos I'm worn out. Funniest bit is I can't wait to do a work out DVD today to loosen up x x x

LOL I'm the same, can barely lift my arms but I'm hobbling to the gym LOL the pain gets more bearable

We use Epsom salts, deep heat bath and radox Spicey soak. All seems to help, I always try to massage the bit I've been working too.

Cheered myself up even more :0) had a peek at the scales and I'm down to 226lbs Woohoo that'll do nicely that's my lil gain gone and means I'm now 16st 2lbs yay come on day 3!!!!! x x x

Getting ready to go and try my dress on so stupidly excited but so terrifyingly nervous! Need to see either way how it looks ...wish me luck x x.

Ok reason dress isn't fitting as well it's smaller than the measurements they gave me

But I'm now even more determined to fit into it. It's not as far off as it was 4 weeks ago so I'm really pleased and not as panicking as I've got 8 weeks still to go xxx

Pam... I'm just pleased I measured the dress as I was thinking I was nearly there but the fact it's about 2 inches smaller all over is an issue. But now more determined than ever for it to fit me I WILL get it to look perfect x x x
