giving up no way

i am sooo proud of myself day 5 went to work without having shake cos i thought i was finishing early. wrong so i went from last nights chicken soup at about 6.30pm till just 20 mins ago at about 2.20pm really wanted to eat the slab of crunchie bar thingy but stopped myself and had choclate shake instead how good is that eh !! bring it on i am bril ha ha whats that self praise is no praise load of rubbish lol:D
