Giving up on fad diets and taking the long road.

Hi all i am 27 and currently 134lb my height is 4ft11 and i have two kids. Since my daughter has been weaned last summer i tried a few fad diets and while they worked for a week or two they were too hard to stick to I like my food.
I'm now heavier than i have ever been not pregnant in my life.
Pre children i weighed approx 110-115lbs, however my goal is 120 for the moment.
I started a boxing club in January and while i have only lost 2lbs i have lost about two inches from my weight.I really enjoy the classes as they are so intense!
I am upping the ante a bit now and am adding the 30day shred and starting slimming world in the morning.
