Well done on the 3lb Toots :D Hope the back gets better soon.

I hurt mine at the gym once doing sit ups where you twist to the side, did my sacro-iliac joint in :( It's miserable having a bad back isn't it. I hope its even better now though, keep taking the ibuprofen ;)

I know all about the wild swaying.....i don't know why it is so hard to find a middle ground.....I guess it's the area I'm gonna have to find before coming of this diet.....gulp......anyone know the way......

Have decided am getting old. Bought a new vacuum yesterday and not only was it not a smart price jobby but I got really excited about how good it was and all the functions :eek: Woah to me!! Was fifty quid - not the most expensive ever - but still thinking could have got a dress for that money...mmmm................maybe there's hope for me yet ;)

Atkins is my key, if you do it properly it controls the cravings - you know the stuff that shouts at you from the supermarket shelves, or your cupboards at home if OH is not dieting - have not touched bread for so long and it used to be the one staple food in my life - I would eat ANYTHING between two slices of bread. But you don't feel deprived if you eat the good stuff, I eat 85% choc and you only need a couple of squares to be satisfied, cheese, cream and my fave - butter on veggies - love it! I struggle to lose on Atkins as I never seem to stop eating but I can maintain on it. Not sure if it is the sort of thing that appeals but just my bit of input having been where you are and wondered what you are wondering.
 
I have been guilty of supernoodle sandwiches, dorrito sandwiches and also chilli con carne sandwiches - so right there with you on that ;);)

And I thought I liked carbs, lol. Also I have to say bread has never really been something Ive ever overdone. Only time I ever ate it was a sandwich at lunchtime or occasionally toast for breakfast so its not something I miss overly much.
 
Love the stuff myself so try to avoid it totally (even when not VLCDing)

Would love to get back to the point where I'm back in control and can enjoy (on the odd occasion) warm, fresh bread smothered in lurpack

Sorry people - total food porn I know. No blimmin wonder I'm struggling this weekend when I keep having dirty thoughts :eek:
