Golden wonder pot noodle

Has anyone tried them? There a few syns lower than pot noodles are they any good worth taking them instead of pot noodle for lower syns?

Im wanting a wee change for lunch so willing to waste 6 syns on a beef and tomato pot noodle or 4 on the golden wonder one for lunch followed by fruit any ideas what golden wonder like?
