good & bad news

    WEIGH in lastnight i lost another 4.5llbs yayyyy
    but the bad news is i caved and had chicken curry rice!!
    I feel really bd now, why do i cave so easily?

    need to drink a river today to flush it out and pray for the best.
    oh yeah i need to change my ticker yayyyy

    well it was nice but now stay focused
