Good news. The 2010 version of the Atkins book suggests we can drink coffee in moderate amounts (can also be part of you total fluid intake too)as now the docs are saying caffeine can aid weight loss.
'Moderate' amounts?? This is not good. This is not good at all! I write this with my first cup made with two tablespoons of coffee beside me. I should cut back anyways you know...I'll try to have just one more normal cup today. Wish me luck.
