Good news. The 2010 version of the Atkins book suggests we can drink coffee in moderate amounts (can also be part of you total fluid intake too)as now the docs are saying caffeine can aid weight loss.
 
You can use your cream allowance.
 
I've noticed the day after I've drank lots of coffee my weight is less, have no idea why this is but I'm not complaining lol
 
'Moderate' amounts?? This is not good. This is not good at all! :( I write this with my first cup made with two tablespoons of coffee beside me. I should cut back anyways you know...I'll try to have just one more normal cup today. Wish me luck. :(

Caffeine is a diuretic which makes you get rid of more water through urine
 
Coffee is a diuretic so you probs wee (even) more after coffee! lol. This makes you register less on the scales.
 
Coffee for breakfast,lunch and tea for me tomorrow then :))
