I find I have to plan too so I have something to look forward too.. Not having anything to look forward to in the evening makes me eat everything in sight during the day!! Woooo 600 cals is fab sweetie!! I haven't been since Thursday, but I really pushed myself then! Me and boyfriend went for a walk/jog on Saturday but got a bit boring lol, I prefer being in the gym seeing how much I'm burning!!
I'm off to the gym every day till Friday I think, then will try and do something over the weekend too! Really want to push myself this week, need to do at least 60 mins each sesh! Xxxx
Wow!! go you !!! i dont think i could gym it everyday ... i proper push myself wen im there ..... i need a break inbetweeni use to run alot but its bloody boring init .. i always use to get ankle, foot n knee injuries too

I've done the Race For Life before.. I might sign up again, I'd like to do it with someone though? Will ask around my friends and see who's up for it!! I prefer biking to running, but those events don't seem to be as popular! I love biking 20/30 miles at a time, burns some serious cals and it's fun!!
I'm not holding my breathe that I will go gym every day, but got to aim for it or I won't go at all lol! I'll give myself a big old pat on the back if I make it to Friday and I've been every day I swear to god haha! Xxxx
