Are they not superfree?? I remember reading something about them not being overly the best fruit to eat..

what is the best fruit to eat for boosting weight loss??

I have been eating lots of Honeydew Melon lately, i love it and also Oranges..
Just eating Red grapes at the moment, they are so easy to eat and it's really stopping my attack of munchies i seem to have today.. it's these red grapes or a kitkat or something equally not good ( i have had 13 1/2 syns today already)

Today has been a struggle for me.. I wont lie!!

I live on white grapes at work, going through at least 1 punnet a day, lol. Never done me any harm, and kept me mighty regular!

Grapefruit is a fab one for weight los and meh if its on the superfree list eat it but too many grapes will make you squit :D

I thought that was the whole idea of super speed foods? to make you very regular to get the food through quick??

Well yes but i also get tummy cramps which arnt as pleasant lol. I could deal with being regular(is sure she talked about digestive processes more on this forum then any other oO lol)

There's a big difference between regular and runny!!!

Too many grapes have that effect on me too!
