Greggs sandwich!

I forgot my dinner today so bought a Greggs Options chicken and sweetcorn sandwich. Theyre part of their healthier options range, anyway I thought Greggs were supposed to be putting the cals etc on the packaging now, but its not. So does anyone have any clue how many syns?

but I can't see any "options" sandwiches.

If it was wholemeal bread you can deduct 6 syns as a healthy extra B, but either way ready made sandwiches are usually really high in syns.

the options ones are supposed to be healthier. light mayo, wholemeal bread etc. i really hope it wasnt 24 syns!! thats a lot less drink i can have on saturday!
