Hi all I am going to the doctors this week to find out something I have wanted to know for about 10 years. I'm 23 years old 21.8 stone 6ft 3 male. I have large male breasts and want to know is it gynecomastia or just fat. I can't wear t-shirts or anything yet I see men who are bigger then me and seem to have a reasonably flat chest. My actual nipple seems large as welI just wanted to know is there anyway of checking. Thanks

Hi there,
I am no way near a specialist when it comes to that issue, however, I do know that gynaecomastia can cause "puffy" nipples.
