    Last night! had 30 syns for the day so just gonna cut down my syns today and tommorrow.Think that will work? It's my first weigh in at group and I really don't feel like I've lost this week :( Keep jumping on the scales...well not jumping lol but my weight seems to be fluctuating around the same area. Shouldn't keep weighing myself :sigh:

    As you say you shouldn't keep weighing yourself (although I do!) Yeah cutting back on syns for a couple of days will be fine, don't dwell on yesterday though, SW is a lifestyle change and is intended to fit in with your life - count yesterday as a flexi syn day. Whar day is your weigh in? xxx

    tommorrow!! Still not hopeful about losing weight this week :( I may be pleasantly surprised though. Fingers crossed!
