I'm new to WW as well hun, it will take some getting used to to work out the points etc so don't beat yourself up over it, any new plan will take a bit of time.

I don't know off the top of my head what they are but I read on the forum last night about 0 point foods, maybe use those for this evening and start afresh tomorrow x

Its hard being a new bie without the stuff yet haha!
I didnt go over the points in the end yday cos I dragged myself to the gym for 2 hours to make up for my mistake haha!

2 hours! that's brilliant and at the minute something I can only dream of LOL I can manage a bit on the wii that's it :( need to keep building it up.

Well done on doing that much though x

well done on going to the gym - it is hard getting to know all the points - so dont be too hard on yourself

When I get there I can stay there for ages, its just getting myself there which is the problem haha!
