Half way through Foundation

    Hi, I've only just realised that I am now just over half way through foundation.It is so true that time passes quickly whether you choose to deal with a weight problem or not,and now 32 lbs lighter I am committed to completing this process.Thank you all for your continued support :) x

    I only just realised this also! I'm just coming to the end of week 8 so over half of foundatiaon done...i've lost 1.12st so that is a third of my goal amount gone. I broke this whole program down into sections to make it seem less daunting and that seems to of really helped the time fly.

    Amazing how quickly it goes isn't it?
    I can't believe it's 14months ago that I started, lost 12stone in 10 months and have been maintaining now for 4 months.
    If someone had told me that would be the case I would have thought they were mad
    .....................................!!!!!!

    Thanks folks. Its thanks to you all I'm still managing (and myself of course!).Already feel much fitter and happier,less mood swings,and sleeping better.Its so worth the occasional difficulties.
