Well i was just tits up til u and emma came along and put me on the right path. It realy has made the journey better and the times ive put on i would have gave up without all of your encouragment.x

Not too bad thanks...started my Davina DVD today, which I plan to do twice a week with running twice a week too....that's the plan anyway!!!

B1- yoghurt & banana (2pp)
B2- strawberries, cereal bar (2pp)
L- couscous & ham salad, nuts & raisins (7pp)
D- turkey & veg tagine, couscous (didn't think my carbs through today!) with hm tzatziki,mini fab lolly (11pp)
S- m&s cheese triangles, more nuts!, g&b, apple, grapes (7pp)

A good day's food there :) Your no weeklies menus always look really good and varied.

Which Davina DVD are you doing? I've got a couple which I quite liked. I think her videos are quite enjoyable. I especially like the "cardio box" sessions on a couple of them. That's what got me interested in the body combat.
 
I used to love combat! It's a fair few years old, 2008 apparently - Super Body Workout. My abs are a little sore today which is great because it means in using my core!!

I try hard to vary my no weeklies meals, because I did get into a rut if having porridge for brekkie, tuna & 3 bean salad at lunch & just some standard dinner. Your menus are all so varied & make me drool! Can't wait to eat more!!

Mind you these early starts at work mean brekkie is a little repetitive!

B1- yoghurt & banana (2pp)
B2- crumpet, strawbs & jam (3pp)
L- roast veg, lf feta & chicken salad (4pp)
D- bacon medallions with lots of veg in a tomato/soft cheese sauce, pasta & sprinkled with parmesan (10pp)
S- 2 quorn sausages (3), nuts & raisins (2), apple, endamame beans (1)

Not sure what to do with my 4 leftover points...I think it may be frozen yoghurt, strawbs & a timeout :)

I found the edamame beans by chance in the waitrose bargain area, 50p for the pot so not massively cheap, but £1.75 originally! Had a trek round all the supermarkets in the hunt for WW naans - sainsbury, morrisons & asda let me down, waitrose won the day today!!

Your Morrissons didn't have them? The one by me was doing both flavours for £1 a pack. Yey for the Bargain Beans, gotta love a Reduction! X
