I did run week 4 this morning. It felt good then I got showered, washed up, put the washing away, headed to work via town, happy positive - then work which was a big pile of poo! I've decided not to get worked up anymore & to simply not care & put any effort it, I feel very few others do with no repercussions so why do I care so much???? They sure as hell don't care about me....so I may have eaten my way through a bad day a little bit!!!

L - veg soup with chorizo & beans (3pp) & a lovely homemade flapjack (5?) - thank you colleagues girlfriend!! - 8pp
S - quavers (2) & banana - 2pp
D - pesto chicken pasta with courgette & pepper - 13pp

I lost 2lb!!! No idea how as onthe maintenance plan!! 9st5, yay me ;)

Yay!!! That happened me too when I tried to maintain, I went on to lose nearly a whole stone extra lol.....funny, easier to lose when you aren't trying :rolleyes:

I'm sure you must be shrinking with all your exercise?? I think my shrinkage may have grown again after the last couple of days & I've still today & tomorrow to get through. Totally off plan eating & drinking all sorts of stuff including yummy homemade chocolate cupcakes!! Still I've room to play at the moment & try & find a good maintenance plan - that's my excuse anyway!!

Well back on track ish!! Tuesday we were out for a lovely meal. WI yesterday wasn't too bad - 9st7 which is a sts I think....still I'm not worried :) Wednesday was a total write off, so back in the game today! I'm allowing 35pp/day - if I need them!

Ok so it's been 6 weeks - oops! I thought I was just taking a week off & see what happens.... Been totally off any kind of plan & I'm up to 9st11...what a waste of effort! Still I've had a fairly stressful few weeks & the food has helped ;) BUT I'm really feeling chubby, my tummy is really bloated (bread & beer) & I'm just out of shape... Come Monday it's back in track & running again, that's the plan anyway!!

So the current plan is to be super healthy on breakfast, lunch & snacks through the day Monday-Friday, ease a little in the evenings & be 'normal' at weekends! I haven't gained much weight off plan so I think this should get be back more to where I want....oh and exercise!!

Not going too bad....had cake today though, oops!! Very tasty mind!! Going for a run tomorrow...unless its peeing it down then I might postpone till Thursday! Signed up to do a 10k in August so need to start training really...we shall see!!
 
So I well & truly fell off the wagon in march according to this diary!! But I'm back for real....given up on the hope this will be the last time. I'm a yo-yo dieter & that's it :( My weigh in day is Wednesday but I weighed on Monday to get a start weight & then again on Wednesday. The bad news, I was 10st3 (more than when I started after Christmas!), Wednesday down to 10st1....water retention I reckon, I do feel massively bloated & beer belly ish.

I'm quite lucky as I have an active job & cycle to work so when I'm on plan I can lose (to a point) even on maintenance points. My maintenance points are 35pp, so I've dropped to 32pp for now to see how it goes...although I'm aiming for better!

Monday - 28pp
Tuesday - 30pp

New week: Wednesday - 28pp +2AP

Didn't eat my evening meal till 10:30pm which I know isn't great but, I was at work till 9:30 & didn't get a late enough break for dinner, so hey ho. I had a new starter today & we were short on staff so I've been a little stressed....still tomorrows another day & I'm not a work :)
