I hope so tam, as its Christmas period can't get off from work.she suffering with it since last Thursday. I m thinking to drink whisky to rid of it.not sure though, cause I m in Kitosis. Arrr it's killing me.

Don't drink it can hurt you when in ketosis because your blood sugars are very low.

oooh no I m suffering, nose is blocked and head is hurting, high temperature. Down two nurofen hope for best.

I found Sudafed (not sure that's spelt right) help as you can get a decongestant in it.

ok I will try that tomorrow then.i had hot bath and two nurofens.I think it's better if I go to bed early.I can't sleep before 11pm. :-(

I wouldn't have a hot bath hun that can raise your core temp, get some rest if you can - hope you feel better soon xxx
