Hartley's Tinned Rhubarb

Hi! I love rhubarb and was going to buy some fresh to stew myself but then there is the whole thing about sinning 'cooked' fruit , and it seems that it is quite expensive too. So I have bought a tin! I could only find it in syrup though so I have bought Hartley's Rhubarb in Light Syrup. It is a 500g(ish) tin but the drained weight is only 245g - can anyone tell me how many syns please? Thanks.

Wow I'm surprised how little syns in tinned rhubarb.

You can buy frozen rhubarb, I've bought it from Farm Foods, for £1 for a large bag. But it does need cooking first, yummy in porridge
