Have i done ok ?

    Hi all, i'm probally being a pain but could someone look over what i ate yesterday, i'v decided to try extra easy but its so hard to get my head round after programing myself for red and green days. it dosent feel like a diet at all, does anyone else feel like this?
    right here goes yesterdays menu.
    Monday 18.01.10
    Extra Easy.
    250mls semi skimmed milk (hea)
    Breakfast.
    2 slices ww wholemeal bread toasted ( heb)
    2 eggs fried in fry light.
    Lunch
    Large bowl of defrosted summer fruits
    cherry muller light
    Go Ahead yogurt break forest fruit ( 4 syns )
    Dinner
    C
    old roast pork
    sw chips
    baked beans.
    left over brocoli peas cabbage and added a onion and stir fried.
    frozen grapes while watching telly.




    and for some reason this morning iv been extra hungry and so far iv had.
    250mls ss milk (hea ) used during day for coffee
    Breakfast
    large bowl of forest fruits
    banana
    muller light
    0% total
    2 egg omellet
    baked beans
    1 laughing cow light triangle (1.5 syn )

    It's not surprising you were hungry this morning. Your lunch yesterday was fruit sugars a bit o dairy and more sugar. You need more carbohydrtaes and some protien to sustain your blood sugar and your hunger. you will find it easier if you have at least three proper meals a day. Some people prefer even more but two is not enough. xx

    well to be honest it was more of a afternoon snack had one of them days yesterday. and the go ahead bar was my husband trying to be helpful when we was out in car.
    Going to make spicey carrot soup today and have that for lunch then to snack on if i need to.

    I'm home all day today so should be easier, i guess i just need to know if i'm on the right track.

    Good advice from Brightonrosie, I would also make sure you are having your 10 syns a day.

    Your breakfast this morning sounds much better. You need to eat to lose weight!
