Twas okay but it fell apart rather than stayed as a slice. I have some leftovers for tomorrow so only used 1 HEA in effect. Little 3 year old boy loved it. He must be a fan of Marmite and I didn't know it!
 
It must have been it cos I can't think of anything else with it in. Looking forward to my pizza tonight. Darn I love those pizzas - better than the real thing and I'm not kidding. All guilt free! Fantastic! x
 
Well my secret is....

Baking paper (not greaseproof paper) so it doesnt stick and...

Getting it really thin and....

Wait till it taps on the top of one side before you turn it over.

using 2 heas of real cheese 56g of full fat cheddar. I put on chopped red onion, peppers, mushrooms ana sweetcorn and then cheese on top. Blumming gorgeous.
 
Sunday 17th July

Breakfast: bacon and eggs

Lunch: ham and salad sandwich (heB)

Tea: chilli (HEB) and rice with cheese (hea)

I lost 2lb this morning which is not bad at all for me! I have another week left till I go away so really want to try my best this week. I haven't done my usual running up and down the stairs this week either so need to do that although I'm not very well at the min. Chest cough sore throat etc.

Aims and meal ideas for this week:

Drink lots

Back into running up and down stairs every day

Try and cut down to 1 HEA a day rather than 2 on red and green and mix to max days

Limit syns again - seems to be working

Eat lots of fruit

Meal ideas:

Donner kebab?

Prawn, lime and soy stir fry

Ermintrude's food like the curries and kebabs and the spicy hummous!!
