Hazel's weigh-in

Haven't updated for ages but I'm now down to a total loss of over 50lbs! and today I am wearing size 12 jeans and feeling fabulous!
 
well done hun,which diet are you following?
 
I'm just eating sensibly and either walking or stepping every day. I know it is recommended to follow a plan, but it has worked for me.
 
Wow you've done so well and goes to show that it can be done by sensible eating. :)
Well done getting to a healthy BMI and getting so near to goal, sure you'll be there soon enough, must feel fantastic! :D
