Green Days HEA options: does it matter if I have one or two?

I love having the two HEA options on a green day, but notice the plan says you can have "one or two". Does it matter whether you have one or two and will it impact weight loss if I have two every day? I could probably just have one as I also get calcium from a free yogurt every day with lunch, but then I'd miss my yummy cheese :(
