You should have 2 B choices and one or 2 A choices.
You can have 250ml semi skimmed milk, a pint is about 560ml so it's under half a pint.

A word of advice.... buy a jug and some weighing scales, essential bits of kit!!! :)

if you have a morrisons they sell little 250ml bottles of milk i just rinse the bottle out & refill it with my milk as you can have 250ml semi skimmed. I agree with jaylou though i would definatley get some scales & a measuring jug, digital scales are best. hth x

Buy a baby's bottle for measuring liquid, they're the most accurate as they are regulated by law, unlike measuring jugs that sometimes have "approx measures" printed on them!

I have skimmed milk, you can have 350mls for HEA, you get used to the taste and it more than covers my cereal and drinks throughout the day so I don't have to syn any milk.

If you are struggling to use all your HEXs what about trying Extra Easy?
You are only allowed one A and B on this, but can mix red and green food. I love it!
