heb hifi light bars

hi there wonder if anyone can help. really dont understand how the hifi light caramel and choc bars are only 3 syns each, and u can have 2 of them as a heb, there 296 calories each!!!!
dont understand this at all, i thought 1syn per 20 cals. so how can 1 hifi light bar at 296 cals be only 3syns????
and how are u allowed 2 of them as a heb at a shocking 592 cals!!!!

help need please xx

Are you reading the kiloJOULES, or the calories *per 100g* or something? They're about 70 calories if I remember rightly.
