Hi all!
Just a quick post to say hello!
I've been away from this thread since July... Lost about 2 stone since then on a total meal replacement diet but I want to get back to SW now as I miss it's ease and yummyness!
I'm going to try and be realllly good to maximise my weight loss. I'll be doing all red days (as it really works better for me)
I'm just cooking my tea of roast chicken and carriers and greens with a wee bit of gravy (yuuum) and a yog for pud!
