Dizziness is par for the course for many of us. Just try not to move too quickly. When you go to get up from lying down sit up for a moment first. If you bend down, get up slowly and stand still for a minute, ditto standing from sitting. It soon passes, be kind to yourself.

And WELL DONE on your great result! x

Here we go again!
Hi and welcome Calafek! I have had dizziness on standing up on this for months now. I find I have to get up slower and take a deep breath once upright. Seems to do it for me.

Congrats on the 8lbs so far, that's a great start. Keep up the water intake, that's brilliant.

Lucky you in lovely Somerset, I think it's gorgeous there.

Welcome, congrats on your weight loss so far. Dizziness comes and goes, just take it easy on yourself for the first couple of weeks.

Life is not a Rehersal!
Hi Calafek
Welcome! Everyone has said what is needed. I get it now and again and just sit down, rise a bit slower and all is ok.
You are doing well with the weight loss so far - keep it up and like MiniB said, keep glugging the water..
Hi Calafek and welcome to the forum. That's a great weight loss, keep up the good work and keep drinking the water :D :D......
Hi Calafek, there may be a few side effects that you will "enjoy" like freezing cold hands.....LOL!!!
