4 x Ryvita Dark Rye/Original/Sesame - extra-high fibre
7 x Ryvita High fibre crackerbread - high fibre
3 x Ryvita multigrain/Sunflower seed & oats

Laughing Cow is a HA & you can have

6 x 17.5g Extra Light
5 x 17.5g Light
