help i am slipping

    i have been on pp for nearly 2 weeks and so far i have lost 1 1/2lb in my first week, but i think that i could probably loose more if i stopped picking at thinks i do it without thinking and was wondering if anyone has any tips to try and help me stop, i go to bed earlier as it stops me from snacking in the evening i would be greatful for any ideas for through the day xx

    keep no point or low point foods fo snacking. yoghurts are 1pp the lemon lime mousse is 2pp and delish! They have eclairs in the frozen section that are 2pp each!
    Fruit is obviously 0pp so maybe have an apple, cut it into wedges and eat it slowly, a few grapes etc.
    Their crisps are 2pp a pack, my favourite thing at the moment thanks to Hannata are the sundried tomato savoury biscuits, pack of 2 is 2pp and the little individual snack size philly light is fairly low point (can't remember off the top of my head! or 1 pack of melba toast is 2pp I think. There are lots of fairly low point snacks that you can have without doing any damage!
    You could use your weeklies for the evenings if you wanted that would give you 7 extra points a day to play with, you could have a snackfest every evening if you wanted!

    The first thing I do when I want a treat or little something is have a drink, normally pepsi max, that stops me wanting chocolate as I associate warm drinks with chocolate! The little moments bars from the ww meeting are lovely!

    Options hot chocolate is nice as a sweet treat in the evening.
    I find having some prepared fruit, grapes or blueberries or orange slices, in the fridge really handy. there are some evenings I just find myself looking in the fridge even though I am not hungry and it's great to have something to have so I don't feel hard done by.
    If I don;t have the points to spend I often have a pint of water and then go and find something to do, like painting my nails or putting out the rubbish and I find the want wears off. so maybe it was just thirst:)
